IF there is a strike of dealers at the four (4) H.E.T. A.C. stores and replacement dealers are hired,
I imagine that the penetration will improve and the rate of dealer errors will rise, etc. etc.

• July 21, "2009 Harrah's Strikes Back": Following news that dealers at Bally’s and Caesars Atlantic City had voted to strike, Harrah’s Entertainment Inc. announced yesterday that it had started implementing a contingency plan that includes hiring replacement dealers for any who go on strike. "We are not going to let the misguided tactics of the UAW interfere with our guests or the employees who are working hard to keep Atlantic City competitive this summer," stated said J. Carlos Tolosa, the company's eastern regional president.

Saw this in the paper the other day, and it may be a great opportunity, since HET won't be able to replace a lot of the replacement dealers quickly enough to cut down on payoff errors, holecard exposure, and so on. Any news on whether or not the strike is definitely on, or a deadline for such?

Edit: I also understand that they already have replacement dealers lined up, ready to go. Hmm...

I recently played in a place where a dealer with 2 weeks on the job was a lot. Two of the more memorable errors were the dealer hitting a multi-card soft 19 and a soft 21

My first guess would be that they would just shut down the tables before troubling themselves to hire replacements.

If it's not slots, it's not important to HET.
