Snyder's Big Book of Blackjack covers the Lucky Ladies side bet and doing a site search for "200304072" and subsets thereof doesn't bring up any links on this site.

For sure all the counts except KO have an IRC of 0. Based on the frequencies peaking at -3 for KO, I think it uses an IRC of 0 as well in this article.

Two thumbs up for Lucky Ladies

Played the ladies the other day. While I would rather have a good traditional game.... it's not a bad thing if it's the only game in town. If you play it correctly, it can make a marginal game much better. Hit the 19 to 1 bet 3 times.

It's playable, good for about 10% of the max sidebet per 100 hands in an 8D game, more on 6D or with the good paytable, and can be great in a deeply dealt DD game with the good paytable.
