Are there any on-line blackjack games that do not shuffle after ever hand?

not that I'm aware of, its the casinos edge against card counting. You could try an online live dealer (ex. 888.com)

Cryptologic probably still has their multiplayer game which deals 2 decks out of 6 before shuffling.
