Anyone had problems with Eurobet?

I opened an account with Eurobet yesterday, and deposited 25GBP, to get their 25GBP bonus.

I recorded my username and password, and then I had to sign in to their site. I signed in fine, and then I tried to transfer the money to their casino.
This is where it went pear shaped. My password didn't work for the transfer.
Then I tried to sign in to the site again and it didn't work. I have tried to sign in using just about every possible way I could have made an error when signing up, but can't get in.
I just can't understand how this could happen. I mean, I signed in with the name and password, as I had them recorded, five minutes before they got rejected. WTF?

Now I'm forced to call an overseas number (UK I think), to sort it out.

Has anyone had any trouble with Eurobet before, or any trouble like this with any casino?

This really has me puzzled.
