Edge for 9 and 8?

I think a 9 is a slight advantage while the 8 is a very slight disadvantage. I could be mistaken.

I know that when an Ace or a Ten is dealt to your hand, it gives you an expected profit of about 52% and 13% respectively.

However, does anyone know what the expected profit from having a 9 or an 8 dealt to your hand is? I remember reading somewhere that they gave you a reasonable edge but can't remember the figures nor where I found the article.
