Dominican Casinos?
I am making a trip to Dominican in about three weeks. The resort I will be staying in has a casion, although I am aware that there is a casino in almost every resort in DR.
My question is, are the rules any different from NA based casinos? I've pretty much mastered the the advanced ko strategy and can count down a deck in less than 20 seconds, but if the rules are different I feel my edge has been taken away.
Any input?
