I could be wrong but I was thinking the OP was talking about how-to DVDs. Not movies...

Although thanks for the recommendations. I have yet to have seen (let alone hear) about any of those films.

The reason most weren't serious is a while back the TS was on here spouting racist things and just generally being here to start stuff.

There's an entertaining basic strategy, counting, and team-play movie by Andy Bloch, a member of the original MIT team, called "Beating Blackjack with Andy Bloch". He starts with basic blackjack strategy and rules in a faux (but very realistic, with security and pit bosses and gorgeous women!) casino and moves up to the basic Hi-Lo counting system, spreading bets by (TrueCount-1) x UnitSize and then incorporates team play. The team play exmaples include one of the other MIT team members, that hot Asian chick, named "Kat" (I believe, don't quote me), along with a few others. They demonstrate various ways to team play including using code words to relay the count when the "Big Player" or the "Whale" sit down. They make extensive use of disguises; at one point Andy, the narrator/instructor, looks like Bono from U2.

Honestly though, while entertaining and funny, it's only mildly instructional and informative. I'm not putting a stamp of approval on it for learning how to count necessarily; but its definitely a good watch. It basically gets you amped up to go count and teases the prospect of winning lots of money while surrounded by beautiful women and being involved in a cat-and-mouse game involving disguises with casino security and a goon of a pit boss. It's like watching a kung-fu movie; afterwards you're psyched up and feel like you can kick anyone's butt! It can be found at expertinsight.com (along with what seems to be similar movies on poker and shooting pool!).

There are also DVDs available on the BlackjackInfo.com store. I haven't seen them but if the op has them for sale I'm sure they're great. Make sure to combine all of it with Casino Verite (also sold there or at qfit.com), the ultimate companion to any book or movie you might read or watch. No matter what you watch, make sure to read lots of books.

off topic, but just wanted to say that before i got into blackjack etc. i had insane amounts of respect for andy bloch. is an extremely talented poker player, and i generally think that most "name" players are absolutely awful.
