Session Lengths / Session Frequencies

Wondered what might be the better approach for longevity purposes. Let's say you are able to play 5 hours a week and have 5 stores available. Would it be better to play 1 hour at each store every week or play 5 hours at a single store rotating them every 5 weeks?

I think if you show yourself in a store twice a month or so that won't get too much attention. Of course you need to gauge how they will sweat the money. But if your there for longevity, try and play maybe an hour at a time. If you are a smaller stakes player, I think its easy to get away play for 2-3 hours at times. Go take a break and try and play on a different pit or different shift. If you can figure out when shift changes at joints play right before the end of one, then go make yourself scarce for the change and come back and play.

It doesn't matter, if your act is bad, they will get you. No one from the BASH bad mouth my act!! That is not my regular act! drinking that weekend was out of the question since i got drunk 2 nights in a row. and CP said I could wong in and get no heat!

look, as long as you act like a gambler, they won't look at you twice. I've seen terrible ploppies play for 3 days straight. Well, I don't know if he was a ploppy, but they didn't give that guy heat. this happened this past labor day weekend. I'd come in and play an hour, and go. I'd come back a few hours later and he's still there. i came back monday, and he was still there! the dealers confirmed that he had been playing ridiculously long sessions. I myself, frequent one casino, and many of the staff say hi and know my first name. One PB changes my average bet size for comps to something bigger, when he's in a good mood. host gives me steakhouse passes, and I only play red chips there!
