Counting Cards and Panning Gold

It occurs to me that both activities are similar. Participants face high odds of success, and the ones who get rich - casinos and mining supply companies - enable the action.

Funny, you done see that many gold prospectors any more, but there are plenty on panhandlers and gold diggers...

The window

you look out of is very unique to say the least.... I have panned a little gold , and i mean a little..... Some in idaho out of a river, and some i dry washed out in the desert of Arizona down by Quartzite...
Very simular activities to say the least... Although i think BJ has ALOT better EV overall..... LMAO !!! Thanks for the chuckle....

This movie showed people making millions, but...

I’ve been panning for gold for two whole days now, and haven’t gotten any. I don’t think it really works. Am I doing something wrong? Do I need a more complicated panning system?

You should definately move to a level 2 panning system. I have it on good authority, from an unnamed source (and his nephew), that level 1 panning systems are a hoax.

Have you tried a two-level panning system? I've also heard that some have had success with rubble tracking. The most important thing is to search HI and LO, all the while keeping one's balance.

NO NO NO. You guys got it all wrong! you gotta flat pan and make steady gains. If you lose any gold, you gotta double up and use 2 pans. If you don't get any gold that way, keep doubling up the amount of pans you got until you get it all back. Then start at 1 pan again. I call it the martingold system.

I gave all that up years ago. Now I work in the garden. It's hard work though, all these yellow rocks make it hard to till. (never have been able to see the forest for the trees)
