sacrifice split strategy

what is the complete sacrifice split strategy, and how much does this cost the front better? I guess 22 and 33 are always a split? same with 9's and 8's? Obv. you want to stick to one hand on defensive splits. What are borderline defensive splits - spots that might get confused for offensive splits? Is 77 vs 3 defensive or offensive?

Are there index plays involved?

I don't have the numbers handy but it's all covered in Wong's Basic Blackjack. All I remember is that the strategy is worth about 0.2% for the rider. Maybe someone else can look it up in the book before I get home.
