Default dealer playing

I don't think you'll have any trouble playing Blackjack if you are a dealer. You just will probably not be able to play at tables in the casino in which you work.

Every casino I have ever heard this about is the same. You are not allowed to gamble at all in the casino in which you are employed. That also includes any casinos owned by the same group. THere is a Seneca Indian Casino in Niagara Falls and those dealers are not allowed to play at any Seneca owned Casino. I imagine the same would be tru in Vegas for someone dealing at the New Wynn Casino, that they would not be able to play in any casino owned by Wynn, which I believe includes Mirage, Treasure Island, Mandalay Bay, etc.
