Over/under 13

#1
I was wondering if anyone has information on where the over/under 13 side bet is offered in the US.

I have reviewed Snyder's article:
http://www.blackjackforumonline.com/content/unbalancedoverunder.htm

But I am looking for more specific information: Casino names/locations? Betting limits? Heat from surveillance/pit bosses?

I am from the midwest and have been banned from the over/under game at Mystic Lake Casino in Minnesota and am looking for other casinos offering this game. I would like more information beyond Snyder's article if I am going to invest my time and money into a blackjack road trip.

Snyder mentions Deadwood, SD, any information on their over/under games or their house rules in general would be much appreciated.

I personally do not know of any other casinos that offer this game.

You get huge advantages at this game, but it is EXTREMELY obvious to the Eye if you are exploiting them.

I don't know of other casinos, but regarding the article, I tried replicating the results using cvdata, but never got the results that Snyder did. I was able to create a positive expectation game, but nothing close to the advantages that Snyder claimed. Anyone else try running it?

I only refer to the portion of the article where Snyder explains where to find this rule variation. I used a variation of Jake Smallwood's crush count which Wong explains in his Professional Blackjack.
