Dealer Showing 10, Hole Card Is Not 10

If the dealer is showing a 10 and you know the hole card is not 10 (but don't know the exact value), does anyone know what's the BS in this situation? Intuitively it seems pretty obvious to me that you would double on 10. Double on 9? Double on A7 or A6? Split 9s and 7s? Stand on 12-16? It would also be interesting to see what the index plays are.

I don't know if it makes a big difference but let's assume DD, H17, no DAS, Hi-Lo count.

According to http://wizardofodds.com/blackjack/appendix16.html, it looks like you should double if you have 8, 9, 10, 11, and A2 through A8. If the dealer has a 10 and some other card besides a 10, there are 8 possibilities, all with equal probabilities; 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9. So you will make the correct double 5/8ths of the time when you have an 8, 9, 10, 11, and A2 through A8. Only half the time will the double be correct with a 7 or A9, so that would just raise your std. dev.
