index's in DD vs 6D

Hi,

So I played DD for the first time today (lost 55 units, but it was fun because it was different and its cool to get to hold the cards), What Indexes Should I use? is the I-18 still applicable switching from 6D to DD?

Personally I use the same index plays for both DD and 6D and only make a couple changes such as always playing BS for 7,7 v 8 in 6 Deck.

what do you do differently in DD vs 6D?
