If you have a limited number of casinos near you, then it becomes more important to stay welcome. Assuming that is the case, I'd burn up the next two trips by playing a negative game. Don't spread anything according to the count. Just go in and use a progression, or mostly flat-bet. If you're playing basic strategy, the expense is minimal.
There are three likely outcomes from this:
1) They're suspicious, but not at all sure you're playing with an advantage. In that case, a couple of non-advantage sessions might help your situation.
2) They're not paying much attention to you anyway. In that case, you're wasting a small expected loss.
3) They've already decided you are a threat and they won't be fooled by these sessions anyway.
In any event, it's cheap to give it a try.
