The ONLY time I have had success vs a CSM (of the few times I've actually bothered with them) was at a casino where the dealer didn't reload after every hand.. usually dealt out about two decks before reloading the machine.
Because of this, I was able to have *SOME* moderate success... but overall I would just not bother. Find a better game.
