Casino Night Fundraiser in Evanston, IL

Rimland Services NFP is pleased to announce an exciting event to support specialized services for adults with autism. Rimland will be hosting a Casino Night fundraiser on Saturday, October 23, 2010 6:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. at 1265 Hartrey Avenue in Evanston, Illinois.
The event should prove to be a fun night filled with casino games, food & drink, a raffle and a silent auction. Our casino games will include a Money Wheel, Regulation Roulette Wheel, Regulation Dice Table, Blackjack, Poker, & Texas Hold’em. We have collected several great silent auction items for you to bid on including at Wine Tasting for 10 and two one night stays at different Hyatt Hotels.

There will be three different ticket prices: a $25.00 ticket which includes entry into the event; a $50.00 ticket which includes entry and dinner at the event; and a $100.00 ticket which includes entry, dinner, two drinks, a raffle ticket and $5.00 in gaming chips.

Rimland will accept three different ticket payment options. Those options include check (please make checks payable to Rimland Services, NFP and in the memo section of the check indicate that it is for Casino Night, cash (please do not mail cash, if interested tickets can be purchased Monday– Friday from 9am-5pm at 1265 Hartrey Avenue in Evanston or at the door on the night of the event) or credit card via PayPal (to pay with PayPal go to our website http://www.rimland.org & click on the Donate to Rimland Link, scroll down to the Casino Night Fundraiser section and follow the directions provided on the website).

This great event will raise money to support the programs and services provided at Rimland Services NFP. Since 1970 Rimland Services NFP has pioneered successful, community-based programs that support individuals with autism as they achieve their full human potential, living in the community of their choice to the maximum extent possible. Over the years, Rimland has successfully established community living options for adults with autism in Des Plaines, Evanston, Highland Park, Maywood, and Mount Prospect.

These charity events often just have specific prizes for whoever wins the most chips. I haven't seen many where the chips are directly redeemable.
