Pontoon AA vs A/X

Standard 6 deck, split 1 hand, aces 1 card, natural after split pays 1:1, double on anything, I read the book and still confused

Do I split AA vs A/X or not
 
I may have read it wrong, but doesnt page 17 of "Pro's guide to Spanish 21 and Australian Pontoon" say

Table 3.7 Pontoon (NHC) strategy changes:
A-A vs A "hit"
A-A vs X "hit" if condition: No ace resplits and no BB+1
