'Advanced KO'! Just stick with that. At some point if you want that extra .2% you could conceivably shift into 'TKO' (true-count KO) which would require the same effort as "dropping the 2" - your original question - you would learn new indices and convert RC to TC. Aside from the small gain in EV the other advantage is that one set of indices would work for any #decks. zg
