Got my first 3.75 hours in at the tables during just before the closing of the year. I am up 87.3 units. Woot for positive variance.

Thumbs up

This was my first year playing any sort of AP, after reading and learning from this site, and I'd like to say thank you to all those on this site who I have learned a great deal from. Special thanks to all those I've played with this past year!

Up between 400 and 500 units for my first year. Good luck to all those next year!

For purposes of this poll, I calculated my net as after expenses and taxes, which consumed about two-thirds of my gross win. They're killing me!

Default Vote in both polls

It would appear most are missing the instructions to vote in BOTH polls. My blackjack numbers were slightly down this year but other bets made my first full year of full time gambling very worthwhile.

Lost around 1900. I only played blackjack really; I had a couple match plays on other games but they were earned through blackjack.

Had a really strong 2010, with 10 sessions (poker) accounting for excellent numbers (for me). Very unusual results for me considering the games I play, but I took a couple of shots and happened to get lucky at the right times.

Conversely, I was having a decent 2011 through March, and then April struck. What a disaster. I was fully -5 SD's from my EV in BJ, poker income was down, and I even took a pretty good hit in billiards (one pocket, 9-ball, snooker), something that rarely happens. Took no shots and have been playing well all-around, it just seemed like beat after beat. It happens....(I guess)

Just really glad to see the month in my rear view mirrow, as I was clearly the Fool during 4/11.

Hope others are having a good one!
