Comps and Different Games

Using actual casino data on my play, I am getting comps of .33% of my carny game action at one store where I play rated. How does this compare to other stores, other games?

It varies so much, it's ridiculous. I can think of a couple casinos where I played green for 8 hours and could barely get a sandwich. Other places I played maybe 4-5 hours of red, and got 3 buffets and a hotel room.

In general, the Vegas strip and AC are harder to get comps. Downtown Vegas is easier.

Should be at least 30% of their theoretical/average/empirical EV win rate?
And certainly more than BJ, which would be double+ that .33% zg

I mean, it should be. But that % figure I see quoted is rarely right. In fact, most casinos I go to consider "table games" as all the same. Venetian and some Harrah's joints seem to distinguish between games, but not a lot.

Last time I went to Vegas, I played blackjack unrated at the Spaniard for 7 hours spreading 5-50, and the pit boss offered me a free room comp for my next visit if I signed up. I turned it down.

I can get comped rooms at Harrah's properties most days. In Atlantic City I am eligible for a comp room every day including weekends in winter and in Vegas I can get a comped room at the lower end places Sun-Thu and $15 a night Friday and Saturday. All I need is a place to put my suitcase since most of the time I'm at the blackjack or poker tables.

How does the casino data square with your data? Hopefully, the casino is rating you much higher than the amount of your actual bets.
