Under the new algorithm only the first couple of backlinks from a domain are meaningful.

www.qfit.com and qfit.com are resolved by my IIS settings. I think Google long ago stopped treating the www subdomains differently, even though some sites fail to include the null subdomain. If that weren't true, page rankings would be different for www.qfit.com and qfit.com -- as they were years ago. Just my opinion. I'm very careful about the color of my hat. Google has a stated purpose for 301s which I stick to.

How can you SPAM noone?
The point of the feed is not related to "juice." In fact, Twitter provides no SEO juice. Neither does Wikipedia. But you see people constantly trying to get links into both, hoping for SEO juice.
