Also

How does that work? Do you ask the dealer for deeper pen, or do they just automatically do it with a toke? If so, how do they know that is important to you.

Well, you put up a bet for the dealer near the ends, and if he shuffles you pull it back.

You can play up to three hands at table minimum.

That's fine if it works. It seems to me that would be a counter "tell".

I have noticed a couple fairly decent DD games in isolated parts of the Midwest, and I want to share this info and get info about other DD games in other parts of the Midwest, but I don't want to broadcast the info in public and compromise the games. Can someone PM me and tell me how to go about this, if possible?
