Hustlers stalking us in Connecticut

#1
Connecticut players be on the alert for clean-cut young men showing excessive interest in us when we have a lot of money. It's happened to me 3 trips in a row now. Looks like the classic "gay hustle," where a young stud hooks up with an old auntie and either picks his pocket when his pants are down or outright robs him with violence. I don't know what else they're capable of so the alert is on.

So it looks like there's another team of "AP's" in town. (and I suppose we could have a contest to see what "AP" stands for in this context!) A little bit of awareness goes a long way.

They probably mistook you for being gay AM  Must be the heat you're packing.:laugh::laugh: But yes I've had a similar thing happen to me before where some low life creep will sit down next to me at the table or stand behind me trying to "be my friend" and then will watch me play and later give me the speech about how he needs $25 for this or that. Sometimes they even follow you into the bathroom.

'old auntie' I wasn't familiar with this term so I looked it up at urban dictionary and sure enough..... The things we can learn from Mr Monkey.

I would think the old adage "separate business from pleasure" should be near the top of any AP's list, gay, straight or whatever. ;) Thanx for the heads up AM. It never hurts to be reminded to be vigilant. :)

Yeah speaking of that...

What a bastard, an 86 year old guy he attacks.

There's nothing about how I present myself in a casino that would rule out being gay so that's probably exactly what they thought. What surprises me is that they're able to cruise the casinos pestering customers like that, without playing, and not get escorted out. Security guards are all over any woman they suspect of being a hooker. These guys are doing basically the same thing, plus being dangerous, and they get away with it.

I have such encounters sometimes on BJ table. If they are bimbos, I told them I play in the other league. If they are young guns, I told them I am straight.

Great........What a wonderful thing to worry about  Though, on the other hand, I don't play with a lot of money yet, perhaps that will hold them at bay  nor am I old enough to be "an old auntie" (or gay for that matter) - so perhaps I won't encounter these people

Thanks for the alert AM, always good to be aware (seriously).

Yeah, had that happen at a table in Vegas back in January. Guy was dressed like Elvis...no BS. Kept sputtering Elvis sayings and had the table thinking WTF  "Don't be cruel." "You're hot, man." "Don't be cruel." for about 20 minutes.

Some of the weirdest sh*t I've seen in a casino in a while...and I was just in AC this past weekend.

good luck:joker:

camoflage?

Hey automonk I think if you drop the dress act in your camoflage the young gentleman that you are referring to will stop pestering you.:joker:
