Haven't read it but Bill told me that it is a really good one. I mean, yeah, he wrote it, but I believe him!

I haven't read either the original or the sequel. When I get some time, should I buy both?

I read it.. well skipped around to the most interesting parts but I plan to finish it up soon. I was expecting to gain huge new insights, but instead it mostly confirms what I've known and what's been said before on these forums. Still good to know what topics are on the minds of casino managers.

It is a good book. Doubt if any casino personel would make this there how to guide. But I'm pretty sure it was written as general info for anyone on both sides of the table. And I would think more for players.
