Not sure what level you play at, but I know R., and I believe Trop. and Borg. have S17 at low limits. But R. and Borg. are the sweatiest.

I play sometimes in PA and AC sometimes, and kind of prefer AC for its variety, despite its generally crappy rules. You also have a bunch of casinos on boardwalk, with 4 casinos typically clustered around each other for easy walking distance.

Yes, BJ is open 24/7, only casino I'm aware of that closes its tables in the early hours of the morning is WildWest.

resorts, borgata, and hilton have the best games IMO for playing the common tables with common limits. Almost all properties are h17 now. Your best odds will be found in philly, so you should stay there to play unless you just want to goto AC to say you went.

If you play higher limits, you should find good games anywhere, I dont know the conditions of the high limit rooms verbatim, but its my understanding they are mostly all s17

They have dealers at the tablesd 24/7 in AC except for "the ridge" which is formerly claridge, the ridge only opens its tables 8pm-4am on weekends

While you are in town, hit up the borgata, and the harrahs buffet, they are the best in town.

Theres also a pizza place on the corner by tropicana that has great personal sized pizzas.

I think Harrah's buffet outperforms Borgata's by a mile anymore. Last time at Harrah's, everything was tasty without exception. Last time at Borgata, I tried this, that and the other and didn't finish anything-- some things too salty -- some things too tough -- some things tasteless -- but the desserts were delicious. The breakfast buffet at Borgata was fine all around -- try the custom made omelets and the apple crepes, among many other good treats.

Don't do that. Go to Harrah's Chester to make some money.

Ah come on give AC a chance. You got crappy rules BJ, parking fees, $20 cigarettes, derange homeless running the streets, almost as deranged looking hustlers and vagabonds roaming the casino floor. What more can you ask for!

Choosing to go to A.C. is a dreadful senseless mistake !

I suggest going to SugarHouse in Philadelphia, or Harrah's in Chester

Those of us who are regulars in the Mid-Atlantic region are giving you invaluable practical advice.

In the question of NJ vs. PA there is no debatable issue.

The consensus is unanimous.

The sole disadvantage of playing in PA is a lack of convenient rooms to be comp'ed.

Why are you questioning us, as if you are the master and we are the neophytes ?

You seem to have all the social skills of an Asperger's person.

Anyone can win or lose, but those whose play is efficacious,

 You bet! I hope you were able to extract from the Venetian...that joint's been least friendly to my bankroll ;)

But in all seriousness regarding FLASH's comments, was a post deleted somewhere in the middle? I feel like I'm missing something.

I think flash took the guys interest in what was offered at Harrahs as needing more convincing. You seem to take it as, I want to know what game Im going to be playing. Different perceptions thats all.

Futhermore, as Flash has already mentioned in this thread, you get little heat playing red chip in most places here in the East. Its not Vegas. Its not the movie 21!

You will get noticed playing red chip 40 or 50 times min bet, but who does that?

I do that! 20 unit bet, with double and split becomes a 60 unit bet of course ;) And winning that hand starts the sweat at R. in AC :p

It doesn't take much at R.
No it doesn't, but they were loving me when I was getting my a$$ handed to me constantly losing more moderate bets shoe after shoe  Gladly gave me an oversized comp to Breadsticks (why do they call it Breadsticks when they no longer server bread sticks! I'm ready to sue them for false advertisement).

Well also, keep in mind its worth profiling PCs, some types are more sweaty than others. They profile us, we should profile them.
