Cool Hi/Lo and bet size

What are the proper bet increases for really high true counts like +5, +6 ... + 10? Isn't there a point where you would start to back off on increasing further?

The player edge keeps increasing along with the count, but practical considerations generally mean your bet should max out somewhere along the way. For most spreads, an optimal bet ramp has you making your max bet at +5 and above.

Default +5 = 5 times base?

So at +5 I should be betting 5X my baseline, and then that's the roof - right?
