Not formally, however many of these higher up surveillance types know each other and will make a phone call or send an Email when they feel the need. Foxwoods and MGM Grand share the Dream Card and it's only good in Connecticut. MGM Grand is suppose to be managed jointly by MGM and the Mashantucket Tribe.
