Do we see a trend developing? Q has had the "last word" in the last two closed threads here. Not an accomplishment to be proud of, I'm thinking.

Some would say, the spender who inherited a good economy against the spender who inherited a bad one. Perry didn't have to change anything when he took over helm in Texas; if he should win the Presidency, I hope he doesn't try that same strategy. Even with his gaffs now and then, I like Trump. Too bad he isn't running. It's funny how they say Obama is the worst they ever saw, but then when it comes to finding a Republican nominee, we don't get much to look at. Paul seems authentic, if anyone; the others seem to be grasping at the TP coattails. Paul doesn't have to since he personifies TP. Only thing is, the time has not yet come for acceptance of some of his ideas, making him too far out for most voters. The laggers for the Repub nomination seem better qualified than the leaders. If charisma is all that is necessary to win the Presidency, we're in trouble as a country. Whatever happened to being qualified for the top job in the country?
