Literature?

My neg flux continues, and I would like to branch out. (Don't want to many eggs in the same basket so to speak..) I tried poker but just couldnt hack it, the game doesn't suit me so I figured i'd read about...sports betting.

What is the definitive starting literature for sport betting? Like Sport bettings Blackbelt in Blackjack.

Poker is one of the easiest games to beat, sports its one of the hardest. There might be a thousand poker pros for every handicapping pro. This ratio is worse for parttimers and casual players.

A good starter book would be "Sharp Sports Betting" by Stanford Wong.

That may be another reason to leave well enough alone. If you do embark on this path, you will have to start at the most rudimentary level. Professional sports betting requires vast knowledge, and a keen sense of insight and ability to extrapolate actionable data from mountains of information.
