Problem with strategy trainer

I think that there may be a problem with the strategy trainer, although it may just be my computer. After I split my aces it deals me two new hands, as it should, but then it ends the hand and doesn't pay off. Not sure if this is only happening to me, but I thought I would put this out there.

Yes, I knew there was a bug with split aces, but couldn't remember exactly what. I hope to replace the trainer with a newer version sometime.

There are a few other problems too Ken. I know sometimes after finishing a 6-deck shoe it will revert to 2 decks or even 1 deck for the next shoe. A few problems with surrender too.

Ken - I recently setup the trainer with 8D, Normal, DAC, DAS, LS, Offer Insurance, Coach On. I was dealt J,J and the dealer had an Ace. I was given the choice of surrender or continue. I should have just been offered insurance since surrender at this point in the hand would be "early surrender". Regardless I clicked Continue, the dealer did not have BJ so the hand continued.

I saw some other funky stuff on two 8's on a dealer Ace with the same options selected after splitting the 8's. It was asking "Continue" after each action on the 8's.
