William Hill Casino is Trying to Steal My Money!

#1
I deposited awhile back in order to do the monthly bonus. When trying to relogin to the software, I had the CAPS Lock on by accident, and thus mistyped my password. I got a little pop up saying that my account has been locked and I need to call customer service.

Now I was ok with it, it was my fault. So I buy a calling card from Virginia to the UK and attempt to call William Hill, only to find that the phone number listed on the WH website is invalid.

I have sent eight emails to WH about this, just asking for a correct phone number to call, but I have yet to receive a response to ONE bloody email.

Any ideas folks about what I should do? :(

I don't know what the problem is at William Hill, but they have a reputation of having the worst customer service in the business. That's weird because the other Cryptologic casinos are quite good in that regard.

I assume you've tried the 011 800 3551 3551 number to no avail.
I'd try the other number they give at the website:
+44 (0)870 600 0479

From the US, I believe you'll need to dial 011 44 870 600 0479.
(Note that the 0 before 870 should probably be omitted when dialing from the US.)

Let us know how it goes.

I feel your pain. I dealt with WH a few times and it was always a hassle. Instead of using the download casino, I worked with the instant casino but the bonus wasnt redeemable from there (which is in the terms, should've read them). So right there I forfeited my $80 bonus. I then tried to get the monthly bonus but until this day I am not able to log into the download casino. The customer service is downright awful. They'll take a couple days to answer your emails and probably wont be able to fix your problem for you. I would keep emailing them and I'm sure sooner or later they'll respond. Good luck.

It's just a customer service problem but not "Steal Your Money!" as you said in your title.

Their customer service is indeed bad in this industry.
