Is it true that casinos in AC cannot ban a suspected card counter?

They can't ban you, but they can restrict you to a flat-bet and lower your max bet, which effectively takes away your advantage.

We should have a FAQ on this forum that covers alot of the questions we get asked alot. There may be one already, idk, but hey it may be a good idea.

Like Can AC Casinos kick you, Can casinos legally bar you, does card counting work, CSM questions, etc...

just an idea...
