The only good advice about Winstar Casino is to stay away from all of their games. Yes they charge you an ante to play blackjack at a rate of $.50 per every hand played. The ante is bad enough but ask them why they charge you for it and they will tell one of their more famous lies about how the state of OK mandates that the casino charges this fee in order to help send Native American children to school etc. Which is 100% crap, there are some people who believe this lie but for 2 years now have yet to be able to prove that it is by direct order of the State of OK. This establishment has been accused of and participates in several unethical practices (death threats, cheating, deception, you name it). Like most Native Ameraican casinos they are basically self regulating and this establishment is also as greedy as hell.

Actually Native casino's aren't self-regulating. They fall under the National Indian Gaming Act and have to report to them. If they were self-regulating they would have way more games than they presently do.

But I think things will change for the better in the state of Oklahoma soon. The state has backed down from the tribes on ALL gaming matters so far, i.e. the tribes have gotten to have the games their way, sooner or later.

The ante is mandated by the state. Oklahoma is not allowed to have player's competing against the house. Supposedly all the money lost by the player goes back to the players and the casino makes their profit off of the ante, which the state is supposed to get a cut.

Many casino's do have bj tournaments during the week and that is one of the ways that the casino's get the player's money back to them.

How often do casino's threaten the lives of their customer's? Not very often I would think.

I had a very bad experience at a Indian run casino.

Was up 40k in a few minutes, was asked to go with security, gracefully declined. Rolled out to my car and it was gone. Cost me 5k to get it back and was threatened by the tribal police to never come to their casino again or else.

You mess with their bottom line and laws tend to become obscure; at least in their eyes.
