I'm a bit curious as you can't surrender against a Dealers Ace ect

I never liked the RS notation as I find it confusing. How many hands can you split to and how many hands can you split aces to? I assume the latter means no hitting to split aces?

Where is this game? I've got a house edge of -.08

Its http://www.russiancasino.ru but I don't know how they are with cashout ect. as I only played with playmoney yet. I would have deposit money there, but I only have Neteller and they don't support that.
