Average bet $20? Don't visit any casino on the East Coast unless you are prepared to bet as much as $150 per hand as a max bet.

Don't bother with Mohegan Sun. Go to Foxwoods instead.

Foxwoods has better games than AC.
AC is tough to beat if you are just spreading $10 to $20.$5 tables in AC are pretty much non-existant.

Sands is the only place that I know for sure has $5 tables, but those aren't all the time, and they offer the 6:5 SD games too. I hate that place.
BJ Insider says the Borgata has a $5 table open 24/7, and now they might have as many as 2 open 24/7. Of course, you might have to wait 2 hours for a spot.

No backline, I don't think any place in AC allows backline. Foxwoods allows backline which is a very nice thing for AP's but you really need a partner who knows what he is doing.
The reason I would discourage someone from coming here and placing $20 bets as an AP is that it's a hard enough environment to make money in even when you are properly capitalized. It's mostly 8D which means it's time consuming too.

East Coast max bet?
What's the problem with max bets of $150.00? Are you saying that is the table limit on the east coast?

The only games really on east coast are 6d and 8d games. You need large bet spreads to beat shoe games compared to SD and DD games.
