Default Desparate BJ Player

What is a player supposed to do? Arriving at my local casino, I methodically lost on DD, slowly bled on 6-deck, found myself down $250 playing table minimums on $5 and $10 tables. I play almost perfect basic strategy. My doubles and splits were not working. Dealers were pulling miracle hands, beating my 19's and 20's. Should I go home early and take a shower? No, as a last resort, I sat down at the dreaded CSM, yes, that awful thing we all malign and curse on the message boards! First dealer, same results. Dropped another $50. Next dealer comes in, I finally win a couple of hands, in a row! Two other players show up. Slowly the table starts to get moving. My stack starts to grow with red chips. Is there a pattern starting to develop? Yes, the dealer is starting to pay me with GREEN CHIPS! I start getting my splits and doubles. I even got paid on two snappers. (The other two were pushes. I don't take even money.) I am now betting $20 on two spots. Can't believe this, on a CSM table! When the streak was over I had turned $90 of my remaining session bank roll into $650.00! I called it a day, cashed in, and drove home. By the way, I still utterly HATE those machines!

You summed it up yourself man, what you had was a STREAK. CSM machines are the devil and a legal cheating tool for casinos.
