Default Whats my advantage/disadvantage witht these rules?

I used a program I found on the net, and it said my odds were around .02% by just using basic strategy.

Here are the local rules.

1. 4 decks
2. Dealer stands on soft 17
3. Aces can be split up to 4 times and you only get one card on each ace.
4. All other equally valued cards can be split up to 4 times.
5. You can only double down when you have two cards but can double down at any value.
6. 3:2 blackjack payout
7. Can double after splitting

Did I miss anything? Do I actually have the odds in my favore from the start?

That actually sounds like fairly normal rules. Resplitting aces is kind of cool.

Another important factor is whether or not the dealer stands on soft 17.

Whatever the answer, the house still has an advantage.

You dont have the odds in your favor but those are decent rules. I would guess the house edge to be .3-.4%

The house edge is -0.284%. This is a very good game for an AP!
