Mason Malmuth also has a good chapter in Blackjack Essays about hole carding (a.k.a. front loading). The glimpse doesn't have to happen when the dealer is tucking their hole card. You can often catch the value before that. You need to find a dealer that is either sloppy, not paying attention (on auto-pilot), or has trouble handling the cards (too short, fat fingers, long fingernails, etc.).
