what stragery should use if dealer BJ only kill one bet ?

if the casino offer this rule :

once the dealer got his BJ

the player's double or spilt will only kill one bet

then what should i play ??

should I double for all non burst hand or spilt what card everytime when the dealer got an Ace up ??

or what case should i double or spilt when the dealer got a pic ?

i think the BS should make a little change under this rule

and is this rule favour the player more than they will hit a soft 17 whilst another casino dont offer this but stop at soft 17 , which casino sounds better ??

This rule doesn't change BS any. It's just like the dealer checks for blackjack before playing out your hand, because in that case you can still only lose your first bet.
