Default New casino by Wynn in Macau

Wynn has just opened a new casino in Macau. The BJ rules are as follows:
- 4 decks
- dealer hits soft 17
- double on any 2 cards
- resplit to 4 hands (includes ace, but draws only 1 card)
- double after split not allowed
- no hole card
- surrender except dealer ace
Does Wynn Las Vegas have the same rules?
What should be the perfect basic strategy and what is the house edge?
By the way, they use CSM

it's not worth computing the house edge or basic strategy. the casino ought to be ashamed of theirselves for such a game.

best regards,

The basic strategy engine here would imply a house edge of .75-.82%, depending on what the effect of partial surrender is.

Sounds like a pretty miserable game, and of course, no counting with the CSMs.

Could you elaborate a bit more about "depending on what the effect of partial surrender is."?
Thanks.

Oh, go to the basic strategy engine here, and plunk in all of the options for the game.

However, select both the "late surrender" and "no surrender" options. Since there's no option for surrendering on just a few cards, the net result is probably in the middle somewhere.

www.wizardofodds.com might have more detail on the blackjack page, I can't remember.

Someone with more smarts or better software could probably compute it more precisely, but I think the answer woulds still be that it's a miserable game. I wouldn't want to try to beat it by counting.
