Blackjack? Holy Cow

As I was transiting through Amstemdam Schiphol Airport I notice they have a casino there with a table game called 21 something.
They have a sign on the table that says banker win when player has same value card as banker.
Hence I notice that when the player and banker had 20 each the banker take away the player's bet.
You got to have a hole in your head to play such a game. I did notice though that 1 or 2 people were playing on the table. Maybe they were the house decoy players.
Has anyone got any idea what the house percentage advantage is on this game. It must be horrendous.

I've played Double Exposure a few times (always won); and in that game, the dealer wins ties too. But they do give up something in return for that. I certainly wouldn't play with the house winning ties unless I got something of value in return.

I think the advantage is roughly 9% for the house when ties lose...

Just avoid....

Maybe they are getting player referrals from the smoke shops. If they are stoned enough, they don't care about the odds. :laugh:

No offense intended at all Xestar. I figured that most of the people in the airport would be tourists, not locals. One of my bartenders made the trip to Amsterdam several years back and made very favorable comments about his experiences in the smoke shops.
