No, though there's a pretty strong emphasis on tournaments. The premiere issue included non-tournament columns by John Chang and James Grosjean.

i tryed to watch the UBT program on CBS on Saturday 14Oct but they had a football game on instead. oh well, maybe they will rebroadcast?
