Default Counting easier than I thought

Well I made my first trip to a casino to watch some blackjack the other night. I was on a mission just to see if I could keep up with the count. I am pleased to say it is a lot easier than I thought.

There was only about 5 people on the table and cards are dealt pretty slowly. I was able to count and even chat with a friend. Its just about automatic for me now.

The casino was using 6 decks but I dont know what the difference is counting that, as opposed to a single deck like I use at home. So I should probably figure that out first.

So hopefully a little more practice and I can maybe even lay down a bet. Thanks guys.

Thanks mackhack, unfortunately I use the Hi-Lo count. I know it has something to do with dividing by the decks, or something...
