The places I like up in that area PB are, in Sparks The silver club. In reno Boomtown late night early morning. The Sienna anytime. circus Circus noon to 8pm shift look for the old white dealers (they give much better pen!) avoid young asian and hispanic dealers. Peppermill again late night or early morning. Only 2 decker I see is at the sands. Bad rules but if you play late morning or early afternoon one on one the game can be gotten. at the sands look fot male dealers again better pen. hope that helps.

The Best rules you'll find in the area are at a little place called the Alamo which is on the outskirt of Sparks. The only game they have is SD, DA2, LS. There is usually a $10 min. table that is always empty, because the truckers that play usually stick to the $3 or $5 tables. So you can get great heads up play with decent penetration. The only problem is there is only 3 tables, so if wonging is part of your technique you won't have much variety.

Silver Club, Rail City, Peppermill, and Atlantis all have the same rules without the LS, but Atlantis only has one table with those rules and they are usually full. They do have a decent double deck at Atlantis with the lucky ladies side game if that is your bag.

Good Luck!!!

PB if you want to hit the games outside of downtown you should rent a car. Only DD game I know of is at the Sands. almost all games are 1D D10-11 ins, or 1D da2 ins. Might be more DD games in the high roller pits. Otherwise 6D da2-das, ins.

Also watch out for N6:5, the main casinos downtown are incorporating that more and more but don't always display it readily.

If you want the better rules, get a car, all the good games in Sparks are pretty much 1D though.

What are the table limits like? Do they tolerate black chip play?

They don't even have black chips, and $100 is the max bet. I don't have the bank roll to have a max bet above $60, so it doesn't much matter to me. But I do think you can play several $100 spots. I haven't gotten any heat betting $50 and below, but I can't speak for the higher play. This is a pretty small joint so they don't get too many high rollers in there.
