-Bill Clinton

anyone remember Robert Bork?

he was nominated by Reagan for the supreme court.
At least he told the truth about it, (smoking marijuana) not like these modern boobs who expect us to believe their stupid lies.

here's a little peice about Bork;
Quote:
Bork is best known for his theory that the only way to reconcile the role of the judiciary in American government against what he terms the "Madisonian" or "counter-majoritarian" dilemma of the judiciary making law without popular approval is for constitutional adjudication to be guided by the Framers' original understanding of the United States Constitution.

The Constitution folks!
its not just a piece of paper!
to this day, I think the US missed a great opportunity, by not approving Bork to the Supreme Court.
