Default Thunder Valley and Cache Creek near Sacramento, CA

Hi

Has anyone here in blackjackinfo.com gone to both TV and CC in Sacramento, CA before?

I know the rule is dealer must hit on soft17, double allow after split......

jtleon I know both places well. DO NOT BOTHER with Thunder Vally as all tables use CSM. Cache Creek game is at least playable. Dh17 DA2 DAS ins 75%pen table limits $5 to $15.

Thanks for the tip tom. I've been to each place once but don't remember conditions since I was a civilian at the time. I do remember that T.V. had CSMs and was packed to the gills, with white men and yellow men giving up the goods to the red man.

With my newfound skills I'll have to exact revenge on Cache Creek for that one time they took my $60 when I was 21 yrs old.

where do u live? i understand normally ppl dont visit thunder valley or cache creek if they live far away.

CSM...ya...but if we didn't do card counting, it doesnt matter right?
do u know how many decks were used in thunder valley? i don't see any writing there in their blackjack tables~ i guess they are all 6 decks.

thunder valley recently added 4 two-decks blackjack table.
h17 DA2(9,10,A only) DAS(9,10,A only) both cards dealt to players are face down. not using CSM....i didn't check the pen%.

Well that is interesting to hear about the 2 deck game at TV since it has been some time since I have been there. Was the 2 deck in the high roller pit, if it was that might have been why I missed it.Last time at TV it was all 6 deck CSM with $25 min. and you are right if you are not counting then the CSM dont matter much

The single deck at CC are all 6-5 BJ. Should be avoided.Even though they have beaten up on me as of late the 6 deck game is still a better way to go than the 1 deck.just need to wong the games ( especially wong out) and have the bank roll to support your play.Did notice my last visit in the high roller area they had 2 deck games DA2 no DAS ins with about 60 pen and no mid shoe entry $50 min. still so so.

no, those 2 decks blacjack (4 tables) are all outside not in the high limit table area, TV has just added them in recent months, i didnt see them previously until my last visit. oh ya, they dont allow mid-shoe entry
