Splitting

#1
Hey guys. I'm using Winward Casino, and they allow only one card after a split to each separate hand. Should I adopt the basic strategy (and how?), or should I just start using another program that allows more options after splits? Thanks

I'd use another casino. There are too many with good rules and half decent rules to bother with one whose rules absolutely suck. I don't recall ever seeing a situation like that, except of course with aces.

It's been a while since I played at (Dead link: http://bh3.net/l.php/804) _Winward Casino_, but I don't recall anything like this. I'm guessing that this player may have been dealt Aces and didn't realize that one-card-on-split-Aces is the normal rule.

Ken, you are probably right, as I can't imagine a casino actually using that rule and thinking they will be able to compete. I think I played Winward a while back on a free bonus offer; but I don't remember anything screwy about the rules on splitting.
