Just wondering how many of you use this count? Also have you had success with this method?

I have been trying to learn it as my first counting system. I am, however, still very much in the practice mode, not in the actual play mode yet. I have mentioned in a couple of other places that I have a vision issue with counting; and I may have to switch to something that is easier for me to distinguish at a distance; but I like the simplicity of the unbalanced system.
