KO index plays

Does anyone know where I can find 6 and 8 deck index plays for KO not covered in the book? (10,10 v 5,6) (8,8 v 10) (A,8 v 5-6) (A,9 v 5-6) etc.
Iv read many posts asking the same question, but haven't found any concrete answers.

This is for 1-2 deck. Because +4 KO is +4 True count I think the only play that is invalid that you asked for is the 88, but I don't know.
